The Cavendish Mixed Team reached the Final of the Archie Preston Trophy for the first time in the Clubs history.
Cavendish and local club Hazel Grove travelled to Blackburn GC, last years Winners to contest the match on Sunday 21st September.
Hazel Grove proved too strong on the day winning the Trophy quite comfortably.
Our Captains, Anna & Phil would like to thank everyone that represented our terrific Club throughout the 7 rounds taking us all the way to the Final and wish Andie & Jeff the best of luck in going one stage further next season.
