Cavendish welcomed 188 competitors from all over the UK to play in the Gents Singles Stableford open competition.
Firm, fast greens and a hefty wind from the west made for some difficult scoring conditions.
Cavendish’s own Greg Mathers managed a score of 38 points for the victory in division 1 (handicap 0-12), with David Hallam taking the victory in division 2 (handicap 13-24) with a score of 36 points.
The best gross prize was won by Matt Gibson with a respectable score of 74.
Congratulations to the prize winners and well done to all that played.
