The Ladies’ Section had a very successful annual coffee morning this month. The sun shone, bringing out all our golf and social members with a number of friends and family to enjoy this event.
The Committee worked hard to set up & sell a wide range of wares that had been donated including books, jigsaws, lamps, toiletries, plants & wonderful home produce of jams, marmalade & cakes.
Raffle tickets were also sold with a table of 9 prizes to choose from!
Amongst the ladies supporting our event, a number of visiting gentlemen supported us by buying raffles tickets, jigsaws and cake!
Although they had come to Cavendish to escape a Ladies event at their club they found themselves immersed in our busy occasion!
Lady Captain, Andie would like to thank everyone for attending and giving their time and effort to raise £611.61 for our ladies Section.
