Ladies New Team Strip – Liz’s Camouflage

Sporting their new team strip of navy blue and lime green, the Cavendish Ladies Silver team hosted the return match against Matlock.
Elizabeth Brammeld obviously didn’t get ‘the note’ … but resourceful as ever, Liz did her best to camouflage using her table napkin!

Camouflage is the use of any combination of materials, coloration, or illumination for concealment, either by making animals or objects hard to see (crypsis), or by disguising them as something else

The event marked by great comaradery was enjoyed by all and resulted in a win for Matlock 3 – 2.

On Monday Cavendish hosted Chapel Ladies in a ‘real’ friendly match with 4 teams of 4 playing with 2 Chapel members and 2 Cavendish members.
A great occasion with the hospitality and catering of Cavendish being thoroughly enjoyed by all.
Andie Fearnley and Esther King were winners with 81 points.
