Fiona’s London Marathon

Let’s beat cancer together!

In October 2006 I had the frightening news, diagnosed with breast cancer … It is now TEN years later and I am still here and enjoying life because of the important work of Cancer Research UK.

Unfortunately many people aren’t so lucky and running the London Marathon 2017 and raising some much needed sponsorship will go a little way to help more people beat cancer.

This is my first marathon and I’m so excited to be involved in this fabulous event. I’m hoping that running around hilly Buxton will be good training and I have an amazing support team of family and friends encouraging me to run when its freezing and raining!

Many of us are, or will be touched by cancer in one way or another and it is a very cruel illness.
Please help me to help others for the future.

Fiona xx
